These are an all-female
trio from Atlanta, USA. They formed as a 4 piece in 2006 but following the
departure in 2013 of keyboard player Bebe Coathanger slimmed down to the
current line-up of Crook Kid Coathanger (Julia Kugel) (vocals/guitar), Minnie
Coathanger (Meredith Franco) (bass/vocals) and Rusty Coathanger (Stephanie
Luke) (drums/vocals).
I'm going with Make It Right from their 2016 album Nosebleed Weekend. It is a great album full of swagger, passion and charm. Make It Right shows off their rock ‘n’ roll swagger and is a catchy song with hints of punk rock and 60's thrown in there too. Check out the album but avoid "Squeeki Tiki" which is the most annoying thing I have ever heard. It is also just as annoying and weird live when they play it. They play some really interesting and varied stuff and their live show is bonkers.
