Off With Their Heads - Nightlife
Off With Their Heads front man Ryan Young is the greatest lyricist in the world. He has an amazing ability to write about the most depressing of subjects, hit the nail square on the head and also somehow make the song feel uplifting. Their songs are powerful and catchy as hell. Released in 2013, Home made my albums of the decade and this is one of my favourite songs from this album. It was always going to feature early on in this blog and is one I turn to when needed.
